Your adventure begins in Al Wasil, where your guide will greet you with his 4×4 and take you deep into the dunes. Along the way, he’ll share stories of the desert and show you the art of dune driving.
Together, you’ll set out on an early morning trekking trip, the best time to spot the desert’s hidden life. From tiny lizards and desert mice to the tracks of foxes and beetles, you’ll discover how these resilient creatures survive in one of the world’s harshest environments.
At a quiet dune top, your host will prepare fresh Arabic coffee in the traditional Bedouin way. After your trek, you’ll be welcomed to enjoy a homemade breakfast with the Bedouin family, giving you an authentic taste of desert hospitality.

Overview
Early morning you will meet with our bedouin guide and start an exciting exploration of the nature and animal life in the desert. Walk around and get surprised how many animals are living at the dry desert.
This trekking trip will give you a look into Wahiba Sand dunes, to hunt scorpions, mice, snakes and geckos.
If you like, the trip can be extended to a full trekking day in winter time (December-February)
