DAY 2

7.00-8.30 am Relaxing yoga and mindfulness meditation

8.30 am Refreshing Breakfast live prepared fresh baked flatbread 

Relax and enjoy sunbath or just listen to the sound of dunes 

2 hours after lunch: 15 minutes of Pranayama - Breathing techniques to reduce stress, nervousness and overcoming insomnia.
Short discussion on why meditation is the great teacher for personal transformation.

At sunset: Gentle yoga practice, Meditation of Sensations, Sounds and Mind States. Yoga Nidra - a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation

A native Italian, Elizabeth escaped the 8-4 teaching job by embarking on a two year-long solo journey through Southeast Asia and the Middle East, volunteering in Cambodia and tour guiding in Oman. 

Eli has been practicing Satyananda Yoga and Yoga Nidra since 2009, along with Vipassana and Tibetan meditation, and completed her 200 hour training with Siddhi Yoga in the Himalayas. 

She studied meditation in India and Myanmar and attended the teachings of the Dalai Lama, amazed at how the practice alleviated the stresses of corporate life and helped achieve a personal balance.

She leads guided meditations in Italy, Oman, Zambia, South Africa and online.

 Eli combines a gentle yoga with meditation and pranayama for deep relaxation to melt away stress, insomnia and anxiety. Invest in rest!
