long sleeves and trousers and a scarf which can be worn wet in the hot days and protecting from sun and sand in case its windy. some shoes in summer ,because the sand can be hot

Is there a age restriction or health issue?

Yes : Kids under 6 who are not riders can't join in their own camel
Older aged person with health problems or person with back or heart problems shall not ride camels.
Pregnant women shall not ride as well.
