We look forward to advise you and prepare your welcoming at one of our chosen setups for you.

While choosing our platform you are entering an agreement with one of our referred desert camps for you. Please read terms and conditions below.

Prices

The price includes accommodation, dinner and breakfast else otherwise written. The prices are per night per tent / room for 2 people (else you add a different number of people)

If you need the full setup private, without other guests, you must choose 2 tents at Starwatching Private Camp or Shootingstar Private Camp

Rates, Booking-Confirmation , Commission & Deposit:

All bookings are confirmed by booking system only, no verbal confirmation.

Cancellation of booking

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions. Should travel arrangements change, you must inform us as soon as possible to allow us to re allocate the room(s).

General notice of cancellation: if you cancel 7 days before check in date no payments will be due. However if you fail to notify us after this period payment of 1 night will become due

NOTE:   Period: 21.12. - 06.01. of the year  - 15 days cancellation policy applies. Full payment applies if notice below 15 days.

We can cancel and refund your money any time in case of bad weather conditions or any exceptional conditions.

Payment

Payment can be made cash in OMR or by credit card upon arrival (surcharges 2.5%) or advanced by deposit to our bank account.

To confirm your booking, Credit Card details are required and we will may charge 1 USD / EUR for credit card preauthorisation only which will be refunded.

Payments via payment link are 100% refundable same day Oman time only, but after that, 2.5% payment system fees will be not refundable.

Non-availability of Accommodation or Excursions 

We would only cancel your tour or stay if your accommodation or trip was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find  and offer you alternative accommodation or trip. If we were unable to find suitable accommodation or trip , our liability would not extend beyond this point.

Pets

Sorry, we do not allow pets inside our setups under any circumstances

Liability

Our experienced staff will care for you with best knowledge and explain you the nature life, in case you have any question at our office, but we do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or partners.

As your stay with us is mostly at nature, we always try to protect the area much from any danger or harmful nature influence, but we aren’t responsible for any harmful animals or insects may occurs injuries or any risks while you staying at our camp or do trekking or book with us any outdoor activities, these are under your own responsibility. While doing a booking online or pay online you clearly understand this and undersign automatically the disclaimer and agree to stay with us on own risk.

General information

Vegetarians and special requests are welcome, but we must know the requirements prior to arrival.

Acceptance of Children

We welcome children of all ages. Young babies and children up to 6 years stay in existing bedding free of charge.

Children 7-12 Years 20 OMR per person extra charge

Above 12 years will be considered as adult fees of 30-35 OMR extra charges per person depends to the room type.

Arrival & check in

Check in 15.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you arrive earlier than the agreed time, as we will be busy preparing the rooms.

It is much appreciated if you will notify us of the estimated time of arrival (a telephone call or email on the day before or morning till 11am of arrival is fine).

All guests must arrive first at our office in Bediyah for passport scan and checking in from there or else otherwise noticed.

Late arrival procedure

Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving later than 15.00pm, and inform us of the new estimated time of arrival, as its more safe to arrive before sunset to the desert.

Room Vacation & check out

We respectfully request our guest to vacate the room by 11.00am, unless otherwise arranged. The room will be ready for re-occupation from 15.00pm, unless otherwise arranged.

Transfers

We are providing private return transfers from Bediyah 35 OMR  / from Muscat / Nizwa   180 OMR / from Jebel Akhdar200 OMR per Car up to 4 person.

Rooms

Eating meals in rooms is not allowed as they can leave after smells and can cause staining if the food comes into contact with bedding or carpets etc.

We are providing for eating meals our majlis and dining area outside the tents.

Smoking

In our tents and majlis there is a no smoking policy.

Smoking at outside dining area is acceptable, but we request you kidly to check with the other guests.


Wheelchair access

Our camp is not wheelchair accessible, guests must be able to walk short ways in the sand.

Damages and Breakages

We request a respectful taking care while staying at our camp. All our decoration and furniture was carefully chosen to give the best traditional feeling and brought from all over the world, and some items are not replaceable and unique.

All guests are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which they cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask kindly to report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant

Chauffeur services:

4WD with English speaking driver = OMR 130 per day

(EXCL. meals and overnight stay / INCL water)

Our tours and chauffeur service cancellation policy is 48 hours , below 48 hours full charge applies.

This Policy does only apply for online use of this website. We only forward your details to the local company and do not work as a company.

Our website is an online portal for private reference services. 

The embedded channel manager Freetobook and booking platform Rezdy are special secured for your orders and having their own policies.
